staff was very nice, room was clean, area was safe and pretty quiet despite being located so close to a restaurant/bar. Pool was open for use and breakfast was good. Internet signal was kinda glitchy just cuz my phone kept switching between the 2 different routers connections they had available so that was slightly annoying but not so much that it changed the over stay. All in all was one of my best stays I've had in Roswell, NM.

The breakfast was great but could've been a little more diversified. Have a heath food morning and a fried food selection on varying days. Provide more juice selections.

Peggy was very excellent at check in. She was able to accommodate my family. Especially my son who is autistic. She understood our stair situation and was able to get us into a more suitable room on the ground floor.

Great bed! Best nights sleep in a hotel/motel ever and I’m 75 so slept in a lot.

I loved the alien-themed decorations, I thought that was so fun! My friend and I really enjoyed goofing around taking pictures with the big wooden alien statue out front. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, staff was friendly and helpful. The price was good. I would stay again if I returned to Roswell.

The staff were amazing! We booked last minute because of fire evacuations in Ruidoso. It was very crowded but the front desk crew remained calm and kind and very professional through this chaotic time. The rooms were very clean.
